Are you ready for a once-in-a-lifetime journey that will not only transform your soul but also immerse you in the heart and soul of Spain?

Welcome to the Camino de Santiago Pilgrim Walk (Portuguese Way) – an active holiday escape like no other.

Experience the Magic of the Camino
For centuries, pilgrims have embarked on this epic adventure, traversing Northern Spain to honor St. James in Santiago de Compostela. Today, the Camino de Santiago has evolved into Europe's ultimate pilgrimage route, and we've curated an extraordinary retreat experience that blends tradition with luxury.

Explore Spain's Hidden Treasures
Picture yourself walking through picturesque villages, across endless green meadows, and over rolling hillsides. Not to mention the vineyards! The Camino trail is marked by the iconic scallop shell and yellow arrows, guiding you every step of the way.

But our pilgrimage offers so much more than a scenic journey.

A Journey of the Heart and Soul
The Camino is not just a physical trek; it's a spiritual odyssey. Over Eleven profound days, you'll immerse yourself in mindfulness and wellness-inspired retreat activities. Alongside fellow pilgrims from all walks of life, you'll share stories, forge connections, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Tailored for Every Adventurer
No matter your fitness level, our retreat caters to all. We've carefully chosen the last leg of the Camino Portuguese Way, for a manageable 120km experience. But this is no ordinary walk – it's a fusion of luxury accommodations, three delectable daily meals featuring the finest local artisan foods, and of course, .... an evening vino with dinner.

Your Only Task: Take One Step at a Time
Let us handle the details; your focus should be on the incredible journey ahead. So, what are you waiting for?
Embrace the Camino de Santiago Pilgrim Walk, and let the transformation begin.

Bien Camino!

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

We'll be staying in a mix of Luxury Paradors, selected apartments and boutique accommodation throughout our journey.
No nasty dormitory bed bugs for us.

Due to the boutique size of some of the places we'll be staying in, there will be a mix of mostly single accommodation except twin-share in just 2 of our nights on the road, ensuring that everyone has some private time on the journey to unwind and process the day in their own space.

Note: If you're coming with your partner and want a double room - just let me know and we can facilitate that too.

1st - 2nd September 2026
Beginning with 1-night in beautiful & vibrant Porto, we'll taste the classic Portuguese Tart and indulge in a taste tour of the Central Market
Single Accommodation at Grande Hotel do Porto

2nd - 3rd September 2026
Transfer to Tui after breakfast & check out
Single Accommodation at The Parador de Tui

3rd - 4th September 2026
Today we begin walking, arriving in O'Porrino after a 16km walk
Shared apartments at Salgueira Rooms

4th - 6th September 2026 (2 Nts)
Instead of the 22km walk to Arcade, we stop slightly short in Redondella, adding the extra k's to the shorter walk on the 6th. In this beautiful, rustic rural property, we say hello to the resident goats and stay an extra night for a spacious pause for rest, integration, gentle practices, and reflection.
Single accommodation at As Chivas in Rendondella

6th - 7th  September 2026
A shorter walking day to balance the previous stage, arriving in Pontevedra at an unhurried pace, and a chance to soak up the atmosphere of this gorgeous town.
Single accommodation at The Parador de Pontevedra

7th - 8th September 2026
This marks the start of the Spiritual Variant, taking us through the coastal village of Combarro before the Camino turns inward — both geographically and energetically — as we walk toward the monastery at Armenteira. (23km)
Single Accommodation at Pousada de Armenteira

8th - 9th September 2026

One of the most beautiful walking days of the Camino, this stage follows the Route of Stone & Water — a gentle, shaded path alongside rivers, waterfalls, and old stone mills — before opening out toward the coast at Vilanova de Arousa. (22km)

Single Accommodation at Hotel Bradomín

9th - 10th September 2026 (2nts)
The Traslatio boat journey brings us into Padrón, where we settle in for two nights (in my favourite accommodation!)  just beyond town. This quieter pause includes time for reflection, gentle retreat practices, and a Michelin-starred dining experience — a meaningful moment to honour the walk before completing the Camino in Santiago.
Single Accommodation at Os Lambrans

10th - 11th September 2026
Our final walk into Santiago and it's a big one - 24km's but oh so worth it!
Single Accommodation at the stunning Hotel Virxe da Cerca (Pousadas de Compostela)

12 September- Check Out and Say our Heart Felt Goodbyes.

Hello,
I'm
Lisa Marie Staab

Conscious Living Mentor & Mindful Foodie

I’m a retreat facilitator, Camino guide, and Conscious Living Mentor with a background that blends mindfulness, wellness, food, and travel — and a deep love of creating experiences where people can genuinely slow down, reconnect, and feel well cared for.

I’m a Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher and Wellness Mentor, a trained chef, and (because why not) I also hold a Diploma of International Travel. I’m a member of Meditation Australia, the Wellness Tourism Association, and I work as a Fora Travel Advisor, which means the retreats I design are not only meaningful — they’re professionally planned, responsibly run, and thoughtfully curated.

I’ve been hosting small, intentionally paced retreats for several years now, weaving together mindful walking, nourishing food, rest, and real conversation — alongside evidence-informed principles from the Blue Zones (think longevity, community, and living well for the long haul).

My approach brings mindfulness out of the meditation room and into real life — on the trail, at the table, and in the everyday moments that actually shape how we live.

I’m also a LUXlife Award-winning transformational Coach, a mother to two (one adult, one teenager), an ex-corporate chick turned life adventurer, and someone who believes deeply in good food, shared laughter, and creating spaces where people feel safe to simply be themselves.

At the heart of everything I do is this:
retreats that are grounded, human, and beautifully run — without fluff, pressure, or pretence.

GET INSPIRED - EASTER 2024

GET INSPIRED - APRIL 2025

An adventure like no other

"Lisa prepared a fun and engaging experience for our group. The schedule was well planned, allowing for flexibility and personal preferences. Hotels were selected with careful consideration and little surprises were embedded throughout the week. Dani, our interpreter, used her linguistic skills to ensure that all of our needs were met and her humor to entertain us. Guided meditation opportunities enhanced relaxation and spiritual growth. Most importantly, our group created friendships and experiences that I will cherish forever."

- Carolyn, USA ~ March 2024

"the best possible camino journey"

"This experience provided the best possible Camiño journey. Lisa is outstanding in every way. Her organizational/communication skills combined with her ability to find the best solution when the Camiño presents a challenge ( the power outage), only reinforced the need to be present on this adventure. The beautiful accommodations/ amazing food and mindfulness exercises further enhanced the experience. It was truly an epic experience that brought me peace, joy and understanding. Doesn’t get any better.

- Janet, USA ~ April 2025

Travel with Lisa is a great adventure - I would jump in on any trip she was facilitating. Terrific experience. x
