MINDFULNESS...Think of your favourite food moment. I know you have one. 

Chances are that you were practicing the art of Mindfulness, whether you realised it or not. Present for every mouthful, for the textures, tastes, and smells. That's mindfulness in every day living... Let me show you how to create more of this! And if Food is not your thing.. think of a walk in the forest, or a cooling dip in the ocean. Fully Present, without judgements, attachments.. resting in gentle awareness. That's Mindfulness!

LONGEVITY...Learn how to live longer and better, not through pills, surgery or meds, but through the food we eat, the company we keep and the mindset & perspective we adopt.

MEDITATION ...It's not the ability sit cross-legged for hours. It is the ability to sit with your inner demons when they wake. It is the ability to choose forgiveness over vengeance. It is the power to refuse the easy path in preference for the path of growth. It's the peace that comes with becoming the observer of all that you are. Acceptance of all that you are.
