Three scenarios that high performing executives
& managers usually find themselves in...
1. suffering in silence
When you are in a leadership position, it can be the hardest thing to ask for help. There can be a huge fear of being perceived that you are unable to handle your role, or that people will 'find out' you are struggling or have no idea what you are doing. If you are trying to work it out on your own, this can then lead to anxiety, panic attacks, increased stress levels and eventually completely doubting your capabilities.
This is one of the most dangerous and detrimental places to be hanging out in, as in actual fact, none of it is true. Being able to ask for help will be one of the most important decisions you will make when it comes to your career, but also when it comes to creating a more enjoyable life for yourself. It also just happens to be an area discussed in my FREE WORKBOOK.
2. higher than normal expectations
You are not one to do things half-heartedly, which is why you are in the role you are in today. In fact one of your moto's may be 'If you're going to do it, do it properly'. High expectations work well when you are a change maker and want to make a positive impact in areas that you are passionate about... however be mindful that this doesn't get out of control.
If you tend to have high expectations of others, you will also have very high expectations on yourself. Learning how to be realistic, kind to yourself and manage your expectations is very important when it comes to handling time management issues, stress/confidence & overwhelm.
3. difficulty with work life balance
I know... this old chestnut.
What does one do when they are super passionate about their work, and have drive to reach amazing goals, yet they also have others to think about be that your partner, your family or even your friends? Some thrive on workaholic type behaviours
...but ask yourself ~ is this really you?
If you could create more time in your day, what would you do with that time?
When was the last time you did something for yourself that you purely enjoyed, rather than spending your free time attending to the needs of others?
"There is evidence that employee happiness creates companies that thrive..."

"...It has been an amazing transformation. I am enjoying my life more as I feel more confident and I am finally able to do the things that I want to do. I have the tools and the positive attitude to carry on with the changes I have put in place. I now have a true work life balance. In summary Lisa has enabled me to transform my life and I will be forever grateful."
