This is NOT your AVERAGE Retreat.

  • Laughing will be ENCOURAGED.

  • The odd Glass of good Red Wine may appear with Dinner

  • No Mung bean casseroles.

  • Instead of celery juice, there may be Artisanal Organic Croissants (with fruit of course) served with breakfast.

  • And coffee - there will be COFFEE (local & Organic of course).

Lisa has designed what she calls ‘sensory immersion’ retreats for people who want to take the time to learn how to implement simple habits into their daily routines and become more mindful and happier as a result.

YOUR HOST LISA

Lisa is a Conscious Living Expert.

A Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner and Member of Meditation Australia.

She also happens to be a trained Chef, world traveler, mother to two (adult & teenager), life adventurer & ex-corporate chick who enjoys the odd glass of wine.

After hitting 50 a few years ago, and knowing she was armed with a long list of interests that needed time to be pursued, she came across the research of the 'Blue Zones'. The Blue Zones of the world hold the longest and healthiest living humans on earth today. 

Ever since,  Lisa has been entrenched in learning and teaching these principles across the country along with bringing Mindfulness Principles into everyday real life.

Melissa has a huge heart & deep respect for mother earth, ancient wisdom, and people. Which is abundantly obvious when you meet her.

 

Whether attending a class or just sitting in her presence, you can't help but feel connected to something magical. 

 

Melissa will be guiding us each morning through a gentle Yin yoga class allowing our bodies to warm up & get moving. Under her guidance, we'll also be tuning in to & connecting with, our own inner compass, our Chakra Energies.

Nathan Hoeksema:
Zen Thai Therapist

Nathan has been greatly inspired by his connection to his all things sensory ( ex Chef as you'll see below)

to pursue his passion as a Zen Thai Therapist.

Connecting to the deep wisdom and subtleties of the heart thru TCM Thai massage, and Osteo remedial lenses incorporated in one fluid session held by Nathan on his mat, will help your body unwind from the stress of life

 

Each session catered entirely to suit all individual's emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental needs.

I'm so excited having him agree to get back in the kitchen for us.

We will be truly spoilt and nurtured with his passionate & honest cooking, inspired by local ingredients, his travels and his many years in the kitchens of World renowned restaurants.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

A refund of 70% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation more than 60 days prior to an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.

A refund of 50% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation more than 30 days prior to an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.

A refund of 30% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation more than 14 days prior to an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.

No refund is given for any reason if a cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to an event (workshop, course, workshop begins), however it is transferable to another person.

Refunds are not provided if a participant for any reason leaves an event (course, workshop, retreat) early.
