The Food

For a start, Food IS LOVE. 

Food connects us. It connects us to each other, to the land, to traditions and culture, and to ourselves. Well, that's my philosophy anyway and clearly I'm not talking about processed fast food here. 

This retreat is designed to deepen or even completely transform your relationship with food, using mindfulness and meditation techniques to create a more fulfilling connection with yourself and your surroundings.

We'll create some magic in our kitchen along with an evening vino around the table as we come together in love. 

The aim is to create a relaxed & fun experience where you can focus on connecting with yourself, others, and nature.

Your Accommodation

Lakes Edge, Daylesford

Expansive indoor/ outdoor living areas allow you to enjoy all the seasons and take in the most of the serene panoramic views of Daylesford’s most famous location, whilst thoughtfully planned bedrooms have you waking to the sound of bird song and lake views.

An idyllic and stylish setting, the property has space for you to come together and enjoy each others company in the generous living and dining areas, making memorable meals and spending quality time together.


For those wishing to break out for some quiet time, there are plenty of options. Relax with a drink on the north-facing deck, curl up by the fire in the second lounge, take a stroll around the lake, or simply relax in your king-size bedroom the choice is yours.

    Give us a call or send us an email... we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Always best to check first prior to booking.
  • What's the weather like?
    What can I say?! It's Melbourne. It's spring, so should be getting warmer but no guarantees when it comes to that!
  • How do I book in?
    Just email at, contact me via WhatsApp +61450377735 or via any of my social media accounts and we can go from there. Or simply ask me any questions you have this way too x
  • Is it just for women?
    Nope, although it does often end up that way! Having said that, if you're after women only, flick us a message and we can potentially make it so.
  • What city should I fly into?
    Daylesford is an easy drive from Melbourne's Tullamarine airport - let us know if you need transport.
  • I have so many questions... how can I get them all answered?
    Feel free to email me at anytime
  • Do I have to participate in everything?
    Of course not! You are always in control of your own choices and master of your own journey. Yes, we're in a group however it's a very personal journey and you're in control of you.
  • What do I need to pack?
    You'll be sent more info prior to the retreat, but think comfy clothes for meditating but also some walking gear and appropriate shoes along with a raincoat (in case).


If for some reason you need to cancel your booking with us, the following refunds are applicable:

There is no refund on the deposit amount of $600.

However if you cancel with at least 30 days notice, we will refund you 50% of the other monies paid (applicable to you paid in full or more than the deposit amount).

No refunds will be applicable once inside 30 days before Retreat commencement however you can transfer the booking to a friend or relative with notice and as discussed.
