Indulge your senses with lovingly prepared dishes using an abundance of fresh local cuisine, perhaps using your newly acquired Mindfulness skills to notice the luscious mouth feel of that first bite of hand-made burrata, a delicate combination of cream and cheese, balanced out with local Noosa red tomatoes and fresh basil.

Indulge in an Aperol Spritz sundowner in the afternoon with friends, luxuriating in the golden glow of the setting sun, remembering the simple pleasure of that first sip.

Local, seasonal, and homegrown food is what inspires Nathan the most! From the source. Lovingly prepared in a rustic traditional sense, bringing you on a journey of sensory delights stemming from humble beginnings. Think, Grapes, Olives, Cherries, porcini ceps, seasonal small Grove Tuscan olive oil. So much amazing produce to be celebrated.
His talented & beautiful wife, Jacqui, will also be supporting the journey with wine tastings inspired by their travels throughout Europe. 
Let's rejoice in a celebratory 'last supper' in gratitude for what Mother Nature provides us in her full abundance.

A Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Member of Meditation Australia.


She also happens to be a trained Chef, world traveler, mother of Two - (adult & teenage), life adventurer & ex-corporate chick who enjoys the odd glass of wine.


After hitting 50 a few years ago, and knowing she was armed with a long list of interests that need time to be pursued, she came across the research of the Blue Zones, the longest and healthiest living humans on the earth today, and has since been entrenched in learning and teaching these principles across the country along with bringing Mindfulness Principles into everyday real life.
