Sensory Immersion Retreat
With Lisa Marie Staab
Certified Meditation, Mindfulness & Wellbeing Mentor
Amara Retreat, Noosa Hinterland
18th - 21st July
Allow your senses to be fully immersed in a nurturing & mindful exploration of all your SIX senses at our exclusive 3-night Retreat in the stunning Noosa Hinterland.
Relieve & surrender your stresses along with your ever-active monkey mind and allow the beauty & joy that is always available to you, to bubble forward into each moment.
Learn how to integrate your body, mind and spirit, with the support of Mother Nature, the basis for all Shamanic Teachings around the globe.
Leave the retreat with a greater sense of ease, spaciousness and clarity.
Opening your heart to love, ancient wisdom and compassion.
MINDFULNESS teaches us to become aware of all our senses, This IS Mindfulness in action.
You LOVE life. You LOVE experiences.
You want to ensure the rest of it is filled with happiness, purpose and long health.
Which means you're ready to embrace simple, well researched & effective teachings that will help you to do exactly that.
You also know that the daily demands seem to get in the way of stopping and taking the time to do it on your own.
Learning the 9 Key Mindfulness Principles along with the Secrets to Longevity means:
more FAMILY & SOCIAL time
more LIVING from your HEART time
more ADVENTURE time
LESS STRESS, ANGST & ANXIETY
I know your time is precious, with all that juggling and the multiple demands you have in your life; family, friends, career etc.
And I know what an effort it can be to set aside special time that's just for YOU. But when you do make that effort.... WHOA..... it's obvious just how much you needed it.
Giving yourself permission to take time out to learn cutting edge life skills that will help you graciously navigate the 'busy-ness' of life and tune into your heart's deepest desires, in the most joyful of ways, will allow you to live your greatest life.
“Our soul is like a soft and gentle flower, it needs to be nurtured, cared for, tended to, with sufficient sunlight, fresh air, and freedom to bloom into its most precious and beautiful form. This, my friend, is self-love.”
-- Miya Yamanouchi

Indulge your senses with lovingly prepared dishes using an abundance of fresh local cuisine, perhaps using your newly acquired Mindfulness skills to notice the luscious mouth feel of that first bite of hand-made burrata, a delicate combination of cream and cheese, balanced out with local Noosa red tomatoes and fresh basil.
Indulge in an Aperol Spritz sundowner in the afternoon with friends, luxuriating in the golden glow of the setting sun, remembering the simple pleasure of that first sip.
Perhaps you'll begin to notice all the many shades of green as you take a walk through the local forest
Remember how to RECONNECT & REJOICE in each day
