This retreat will encourage you to expand your perspective and approach food in a more holistic manner, taking into account how it affects you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

The aim is to create a relaxed & fun experience where you can focus on connecting with yourself, others, and nature.

Food connects us. It connects us to each other, to the land, to traditions and culture, and to ourselves. 

This retreat is designed to deepen or even completely transform your relationship with food, using mindfulness and meditation techniques to create a more fulfilling connection with yourself and your surroundings.

We'll create some magic in our kitchen along with an evening vino around the table as we come together in love.

I'm a Certified Mindfulness, Meditation & Wellness Mentor, Member of Meditation Australia, Reiki Master Practitioner, Trained Chef & actually also have a Diploma of International Travel - because why not right?! 

Clearly, I'm addicted to learning - in fact, it's a core value.

As is freedom, traveling and spreading some joy in the world. 

I also happen to be a mother to two (adult & teenager), am a committed life adventurer & ex-corporate chick who enjoys real food and the odd glass of wine... along with a good belly laugh. 

I've been holding regular Retreats as well as being more recently entrenched in learning and teaching the principles of the Blue Zones (think longevity) along with bringing Mindfulness Principles into everyday,  REAL LIFE.

  • Can you accommodate Dietary Restrictions?
    Give us a call or send us an email... we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. If we know ahead of time, we can tell you if it's possible or not. It's too late once we're there to guarantee.
  • What's the weather like?
    Although weather seems to be rather unpredictable these days, that time of year is normally hot and humid, although a little cooler in the evening given we are in the Hinterland. Our accommodation does have air-conditioning thankfully and there's a gorgeous pool to cool off in as well.
  • I need a room-mate, how can I arrange that?
    If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. Then you’ll have a chance to meet and get to know your fellow traveler during our pre-trip online gatherings. In case there is no one to pair you with, your room will be considered a single, and an additional single-occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
  • If I'm coming from interstate...where do I fly into?
    You'll need to fly into Maroochydore. From there, it's only about 30-40 minutes drive
  • I have so many questions... how can I get them all answered?

  • Do I have to participate in everything?
    Of course not! You are always in control of your own choices and master of your own journey. That being said, every aspect of this journey has been selected and arranged with a greater purpose and mission in mind. It is intended to assist you in the transformation you desire, and you won’t want to miss even a step along the way.
  • What do I need to pack?
    Comfy and loose clothing for the warmer weather and definitely bathers! You'll be sent a welcome letter with more info closer to the time

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If for some reason you need to cancel your booking with us, the following refunds are applicable:

Prior to 30 days of retreat commencement, a 50% refund payment will be applicable.

No refunds will be applicable once inside 30 days prior to Retreat commencement however you can transfer the booking to a friend or relative.

 

COVID POLICY: In the event that the retreat is canceled due to Covid Restrictions, prior to departure, you’ll receive a 50% refund of all monies paid.
